Dancing in the dark.......
O.K, as promised, some photos of my in my dancing days. How old was I? About 15, and had been dancing seriously for about 3 years. Ever since I'd found out that it was one way of getting really close to a girl......... without getting punched!
With my dancing partner Bernice, in the Devon and Cornwall Junior Championship, held at Butlins, Minehead.

........and we came second!
I was not really taken with Bernice. It was solely a dancing partnership. I'd seen too many dancers who were romantically involved, get into too many arguments that were carried on off the dance floor, and taken home. Bad news.

Now this is Susan, the partner I would have really liked to dance with. She was about a year younger than me, but had her heart set on a career in ballet, rather than ballroom dancing. She moved like a dream, poetry in motion. I hope she fulfilled all that she dreamed.

Howdy, the young Ladies are both beautiful, and you were quite the rake yourself!
Soemtimes I look at old pics of me and the gals I knew in HS and college and cant believe my good fortune to have known such gorgeous (inside and out) women!
I love the elegance of ballroom dancing, even though I am not as good at it as some.
I LOVE tropical dance, especially cumbias.
